Retail 88,800 sq. ft. 5 spaces/19000 sq.ft. 445 <br />(Specialty) <br />2. Restaurant 700 Seats 1 space/5.6 seatsl 125 <br />3. Theatre <br />2,065 Seats 1 space/6 seatsl 344 <br />Total Parking Spaces Required 914 <br />150% reduction due to joint parking with retail.
