4, <br />Mr. Paul Pink -9- fctober 20 <br />1983 <br />The second approach to forecast peak parking space needs <br />takes into account the specific type and size of the com- <br />ponents of the development. Based on surveys conducted at <br />the Yorktown Fashion Mall, the overall peak demand for <br />parking was found to be between 7:00 and 8:00 p.m. on <br />Saturdays. Table 2 shows the demand generated during this <br />period by the specific components comprising the Roseville <br />Fashion Mall. This approach gives a total parking demand of <br />961 spaces. <br />Based on the City's- Code and two other approaches presented <br />in this report, the conclusion is that the 960 parking spaces <br />provided in the site plan will be fully adequate to meet the <br />parking demand for the proposed development. <br />
