Minnesota PROPERTY <br />- this <br />roadway easement is <br />not being <br />used <br />for public purpose and <br />the City <br />staff <br />presently has no plans <br />for using <br />it in <br />the future. By <br />vacating <br />it, it <br />will allow our <br />development <br />to <br />utilize this space for <br />parking lot <br />and <br />landscaping. <br />
