Properties request for rezoning from R-1 to <br />B-3 and a Special Use Permit for a convenience store <br />with fuel sales at 2884 Old Highway 8. <br />The Roseville Planning Commission, at its July 5, 1989 meeting, <br />unanimously recommended denial of the requested rezoning and Special <br />Use Permit at 2884 Old Highway 8. <br />The City Council, at its July 24, 1989 meeting, based on the request of <br />the applicant, continued this matter to August 14, 1989. A letter from <br />the applicant's attorney is attached, requesting continuation of this <br />item to the September 11, 1999 City Council meeting. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />Motion approving denying M.A.T. Properties request for continuation of <br />rezoning from R-1 to B-3 and a special Use Permit for a convenience <br />store with fuel sales at 2884 Old Highway 8 to the September 11, 1989 <br />City Council meeting. <br />
