The canopies are <br />proposed <br />to be 22 feet from <br />the south <br />right-of-way line (Larpenteur Avenue) and <br />22 feet from the <br />existing <br />Rice Street right-of-way line. <br />Thus, the <br />actual distance of <br />the new <br />right-of-way would be 17 feet. <br />The pump <br />islands exceed the <br />25 foot <br />distance from the center line of <br />the pumps <br />to the right-of-way. <br />5.
