I will summarize the <br />various subjects discussed on an individual basis. <br />1. As I indicated at the onset of our <br />conversation we plan to install a dehydrator <br />to remove water from ethyl alcohol to create <br />200 proof Ethanol for use in gasohol. The <br />alcohol dehydration would take place in a <br />closed system; the alcohol going into storage <br />in our tank farm, the water baring sewered. <br />( The tank form is a perm: tied hazardous <br />materials facility). You Indicated that no <br />PICA permit would be required to operated such <br />a dehydrator. <br />It. The tank form and material handling <br />areas are in compliance with current <br />regulations. Rain water run off is not <br />controlled ether than in areas where <br />materials are stored or handled. Tank trucks <br />containing virgin hazardous materials are not <br />currently parked an secondary containment <br />area,%. Our railroad trackage used for <br />loading products including ha►zardou% <br />materials does not have secondary <br />containment.
