The Corpus Christi Church has been considering for some time and now <br />has agreed to sell the south 150 feet of their 17.4 acre site. at the <br />southwest corner of Fairview and County Road B. All of the property <br />is zoned R-1 and indicated on the Comprehensive Plan as a school and <br />church site. Thus, the action of the Planning Commission and Council <br />should include an amendment to the Flan Indicating the south 150 fact <br />as Low Density Residential. <br />2. Skillman Avenue Its an existing cul-de-sac at this point having been <br />opened In 1975. Thus, the band is contiguous to an existing public <br />right-of-way within which there are existing utility services. <br />3. Over the years theme have been discussions with umbers of the Corpus <br />ChrisU Congregation regarding the possible development of this land. <br />During those discussions, the possibility of developing the property Into <br />eight lots was considered. You will note from the copy of the <br />attached section map that the lots across Skillman Avenue (to the <br />south) ,are platted tat 75 fact.
