The Corpus Christi Church has been considering for some time and now has agreed to sell the south 150 feet of their 17.4 acre site. at the southwest corner of Fairview and County Road B. All of the property is zoned R-1 and indicated on the Comprehensive Plan as a school and church site. Thus, the action of the Planning Commission and Council should include an amendment to the Flan Indicating the south 150 fact as Low Density Residential. 2. Skillman Avenue Its an existing cul-de-sac at this point having been opened In 1975. Thus, the band is contiguous to an existing public right-of-way within which there are existing utility services. 3. Over the years theme have been discussions with umbers of the Corpus ChrisU Congregation regarding the possible development of this land. During those discussions, the possibility of developing the property Into eight lots was considered. You will note from the copy of the attached section map that the lots across Skillman Avenue (to the south) ,are platted tat 75 fact.
