The engineering staff has reviewed this <br />proposal and <br />have the following recommendations: <br />1. Dedication of the South 9 feet for County Road S right-of-way. <br />2. The location of the sign set back is in question. <br />3. Sidewalk is to be built along the west and South sides of the lot. <br />4. The driveway opening on County Road S must have a "NO LEFT TURN" <br />sign. <br />S. All existing wells must be capped as per Minnesota Standards. <br />6. Now concrete curb and gutter rust be placed around the new paved area. <br />7. Permits from both Ramsey County and tho State of Minnesota for <br />driveway openings are required. <br />
