The acreage lies immediately to the <br />north of the Rosedale Square complex immediately to the west of <br />the new Edina Realty office building. <br />Approximately .91 acres of the property is comprised of the body <br />of water referred to as "Oasis Pond", and the balance of 1.28 <br />acres is excavated storm water holding pond area and adjoining <br />partially wooded land which complements the ponding area. The warranty deed for the formor <br />transaction is dated November 18, 1996 (Document No. 2345282 ) and <br />the warranty deed for the latter L•rananction is dated April, <br />1988.
