I have <br />been in contact with Ruby Tuesday's Architect to obtain preliminary information for you. <br />At this time, we are proposing to construct a restaurant of approximately 4350 SF at <br />the mall, of which approximately 1330 SF will be an addition. Of the 4350 SF, <br />approximately 1750 SF is expected to be kitchen, with the remaining 2600 SF to be <br />dining area & restrooms. The restaurant will have approximately 175 seats. <br />Enclosed you will find the preliminary Lease outline for the space, a copy of our Mall <br />Site Plan, Site Leasing Plan, and a typical exterior elevation for the latest Ruby <br />Tuesday Restaurant. <br />Please review the enclosed and advise whether or not we will be required to go through <br />a full scale city approval process. <br />If you decide you need additional information at this time, do not hesitate to contact me. <br />Respectfully, <br />ti11N R SERVICES <br />onald G.
