CRITERIA AND REQUIREMENTS USED IN THE <br />ROSEDALE CENTER PARK -AND -RIDE LOT <br />SITE RELOCATION STUDY <br />Site Requirements <br />1. Paved striped parking lot sized to accommodate approximately 150-250 vehicles <br />2. Ample space for off-street bus turnaround within the site. <br />3. High visibility for the major interstate system and/or local roadway system. <br />4. Signc sized access to major local streets. <br />5. Minimal land use conflicts with adjoining properties. <br />Operational Requirements <br />1. Minimal transit operations impact to existing MTC Route 33 and ridership. <br />2. Quick access to the major interstate system serving downtown Minneapolis. <br />3. Design of space enabling off-street operations of transit vehicles to enable staging <br />and turnaround of two standard size buses. <br />
