FREDERICK BENTZ / MILO THOMPSON / ROBERT RIETOW INC <br />MEMORANDUM <br />September 15, 1989 <br />Page 4 <br />CITY REQUIREMENTS: (Continued) <br />Our submittal package should include the following: <br />Building floor plans <br />Building elevations <br />Perspectives <br />ies. size and quantity of plant material <br />Landscape Plan indicating spec <br />Materal samples indicating proposed color should be on hand during <br />presentations to the Planning Commission and City Council. <br />Two full size sets and twenty six 8-1/2 x 11 or 11 x 17 black and white <br />reduced copy sets of the above need to be submitted to the City two weeks <br />in advance of our meeting with they Planning Commission. <br />Howard pointed out that the submitted landscape plans are really a <br />commitment to a certain level of quality and that Dayton's could come <br />back to the City in the future if revisions are required as long as this <br />level of quality is maintained. <br />In terms of actually presenting )`he above to the Planning Commission/ City <br />Council, Howard felt that slides, would be the ,most effective presentation <br />method. Presentors should bring a slide projector. <br />SCHEDULE: <br />Dayton's will present their new building at the November Ist Planning <br />Commission meeting. if approval is granted at that meeting then Dayton's <br />will make another presentation on November 27th to the City Council. <br />,John Ak i ba.
