Dayton's agreed and again mentioned that the color schemes would be compatible and harmonious. Rick inquired about light levels under the parking deck for the on grade parking stalls. Dayton's requires that artificial lighting be provided as part of their agreement with the Center Companies. Those lights in all likelihood would be controlled by photo cells. The City responded favorably on the building design. Dave informed the City that 3TR along Frith Dunham Associates will be the architects and engineers of record. Slomanson, Smith and 6arresi Architects of New York will serve as Dayton's consultants for the exterior design of the building and Tucci, Segrete and Rosen of New York will serve as Dayton's consultants for the Interior design of the building. Karl stated that site drainage was not an issue for Dayton's since this work was previously approved by the City in an earlier submittal by the Center Companies.
