REQUEST FOR COUNCIL ACTION <br />DATE: 4-24-89 <br />ITEM NO.: C - 3 <br />Department Aliproval: Manager Reviewed: Agenda Section: <br />Hearings <br />f J _ <br />Item Description: Welsh Companies request for final plat at 1665 <br />County Road 8-2. <br />The City Council at its March 27, 1989 meeting approved Welsh <br />Companies request rot, cor:prehensive plan change, rezoning, special <br />use permit for a planned unit devejopment, variancc to part-i.ng <br />stall requirements and preliminary plat at 1665 County Roan R-2. <br />The Council scheduled the public hearing for the final, plat for <br />April 24, 1989. The developer has not yet submitted a final plat <br />for city consideration, therefore, it would be appropriate for the <br />City Council to consider continuing the public hearing on this <br />matter until May V , 1989. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUY'S'd ED: Motion to approve/dony cant i nuanco of <br />Welsh Companiev, request for final plat at <br />1665 County Road B-2 until May 22, 19P9. <br />
