The Council also seat April 24, 1989 as the public hearing <br />date for the vacation of portions of Fry Street, Brooks Avenue, and <br />Bruce Avenue. Because of state statutes public notices roguiromonts <br />and they deadlines of the Focus Newspaper, staff was uneblc to <br />provides they required public hearing notice to allow they hearing to <br />be hold on April 24, 1959.
