EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF THE MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called and held at <br />the City Hall in said City on the 8th day of May, 1989, at 7:30 p.m. <br />The following members were present: <br />and the following members were absent: <br />Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />RESOLUTION' NO. <br />A RESOLUTION VACATING CERTAIN PUBLIC, PLATTED <br />STREETS WITHIN THE BOLSTADS ADDITION PLAT <br />WHEREAS, after two weeks published and posted notice, the City Council <br />held a public hearing to determine whether or not said street in the <br />City of Roseville should be vacated, and; <br />WHEREAS, it appears that by reason of changes in the use of the <br />surrounding land, it would be beneficial to the public interest to <br />vacate said street; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED: <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville hereby vacates the public <br />streets over the property described as follows: <br />ALL THAT PART OF FRY STREET ABUTTING LOT 6, BLOCK 1, LOTS 6 & 7 <br />BLOCK 21 AND LOT 6 BLOCK 3 BOLSTADS ADDITION, RAMSEY COUNTY <br />MINNESOTA <br />ALSO <br />ALL THAT PART OF BROOKS AVENUE ABUTTING LOTS 1. THRU 6 BLOCK 1 <br />AND LOTS 1 THRU 6 BLOCK 2 BOLSTADS ADDITION, RAMSEY COUNTY <br />MINNESOTA <br />ALSO <br />ALL THAT PART OF BRUCE AVENUE ABUTTING LOTS 7 THRU 12 BLOCK 2 <br />AND LOTS 1 THRU 6 BLOCK 3 BOLSTADS ADDITION, RAMSEY COUNTY <br />MINNESOTA <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution wns duly <br />seconded by Councilmeinber , and upon a vote being taken, the <br />following voted in favor of the revolution: <br />
