First and foremost (see attached minutes) the <br />City is requiring that you obtain three anchors in order to <br />facilitate the final rezoning. From the date of approval, Welsh <br />had six months to accomplish this particular task. Secondly, the <br />City has scheduled a hearing for- your final plat, and we will <br />simply continue that hearing until you are ready to move forward <br />with that particular component. <br />The attached minutes also depict the special conditions that are <br />required as part of the project approval. Staff is more than <br />willing to work with you on a case by case basis regarding these <br />items and if you will note, nuiaber 19 requires a development <br />agreement which should address a substantial number of the <br />aforementioned conditions. <br />You will note that item 16 addresses the fact that the plans must <br />be constructed in accordance with those submitted December 29, <br />1988. Minor modifications in t;:he plan can be approved by City <br />staff.
