4 <br />a. Tenant's sign shall be store identity signs only. Tenant will be <br />restricted to copy which will designate the Tenant's proper <br />name, product, or service. <br />b. Tenant's signs will be illuminated letters which shall be <br />fabricated of aluminum returns with 5" maximum depth, translucent <br />plastic faces, and 1" trim cap. Internal illumination shall <br />consist of neon tubing and concealed transformers. Illuminated <br />letters must be installed with concealed fasteners and not have <br />exposed neon, lamps, light fixtures, or wiring. Landlord will <br />have electricity stubbed to the fascia. <br />13. Exterior Pylon Signs <br />a. The signs shall be located on the property as noted on the Site <br />Plan (east pylon, middle pylon, and west pylon). <br />b. The height shall be no greater than 35 feet and the size shall <br />be no more than 200 square feet per side. <br />C. The signs shall advertise the center and four anchor tenants <br />only. <br />d. All lettering and logos on the pylon signs shall be subject to <br />Landlord approval, which will not be unreasonably withhold. <br />e. On the east, pylon. Best Buy shall be entitled to 502 of the <br />spaces and the shopping center identification shall be entitled <br />to 50% of the spzace: On the middle pylon, Kohl's shall have 50% <br />of the space and Rainbow shall have 502. <br />f . Landlord will design and maka available the pylon area for <br />tonaants.
