13.065 <br />ZONING CODE <br />13.065.ecial Provision for Residence and Business Districts. <br />In Residence and Business Districts, there shall be no more than <br />one principal building on one lot except as otherwise provided <br />in this Code. The words "principal building" shall be given <br />their common and ordinary interpretation; in case of doubt on <br />any question of interpretation, the decision of the Inspection <br />Superintendent shall be final. <br />13.070. Reduction of S ace Below Minimum Re irement Forbidden. <br />No lot, yard or other open space shall be reduced in area or <br />dimension so as to make such a lot, yard or open space less than <br />the minimum required by this Code, and if the existing lot, yard <br />or other open space as existing is less than the minimum <br />required, it shall not be further reduced. No required open <br />space provided about any building <br />or required structure <br />ano anothershall <br />be building dor <br />as a part of any open space req <br />structure. <br />13.075. Certain Structures Not Considered Encroachments. <br />The following shall not be considered as encroachments on yard <br />setback requirements: <br />1. Chimneys, flues, belt courses, leaders, sills, pilasters, <br />lintels, ornamental features, cornices, eaves, gutters and <br />the like, provided they do not project more than 3 feet. <br />2.
