<br />obtaining full written approval by Equitable of its plans and
<br />specifications. In the event the construction is not completed (as
<br />evidenced by delivery of the engineers' certifications referred to
<br />and described in the last sentence of paragraph 4.b hereof) in
<br />accordance with such approved plans and specifications on or before
<br />Equitable shall have the option, in
<br />addition to all other remedies Equitable may have hereunder, to
<br />arrange and contract for the completion of sucn construction (and
<br />the completion of the obligations of Welsh under Section 3 hereof)
<br />upon giving nitice to welsh of Equitable's intention to do so.
<br />Welsh shall pay for all costs incurred by Equitable, including
<br />reasonable attorneys' fees and experts' fees, in connection with
<br />such completion within fifteen (15) clays of being billed therefor,

<br />agents, contractors and representatives, shall have an easement to
<br />enter upon the Welsh parcel to do any wotA necessary for such
