The various points that we have discussed, resolved, or <br />arm working on include the following: <br />1. With regard to the 38' MOOT property easement, I have met with <br />Len Levine and he will be expediting the paperwork so that it is <br />deeded over to Roseville in a prompt manner. Karl Keel was going <br />to verify the exact locations of the easement and then we need to <br />work out a long-term easement with the city so that our use of <br />the property is protected. We do not want this matter merely <br />covered in the Developer's Agreement. <br />3. Fry, Brooks, and Bruce Streets are being vacated at the November <br />13, 1989, city council meeting. We have submitted the final plat <br />which will also be approved at that same council meeting. <br />3. 1 am enclosing the Petition for local Improvement for the storm <br />:ewer and the Petition for the Street Improvement along B 1 <br />trust that you will forward these to the proper party at the <br />CiLV. It should he noted that by submitting, these petitions we <br />.ere; not agreeing to pay for 1002 of the assessments or other <br />charges generated as it result of these requests. Raeherâ–º we <br />would prefer to reserve the right to negotiate with the City as <br />to Lho best and fairest way for allocating these costs. <br />It should also be noted, however, that these improvements area <br />critical to the project and It, is absoluie3ly critical that the <br />improvements be completed in conjunction with the completion of <br />the center. If there is anything that I can do to help assure <br />this simultaneous completion, please let me know. We have <br />previously advised the Cite that we expect to have the center <br />completed and open for occupancy on or about September 1st, 1990. <br />
