Further, the bid documents for the B-2 <br />improvements will be given to the City within the next week. <br />5. The approvals with regard to the va^ation of American Street is <br />expected from the two affected property owners within the next <br />week or so. We will then want to work with you relative to <br />easements, etc., so that the uses of that area are clearly <br />established. <br />h. Karl Keel was going to give me a statement as to what the Public <br />Works Department would ')e doing relative to this project as well <br />as approximate costs and schedules for the work. Further, Doug <br />Strong was going to: amend or revise the January 18, 1989, City of <br />Ruseville notice relative to interest and assessments. <br />7. Karl was going to give us written instructions relative to the <br />demolition and/or moving of the houses. This work is expected to <br />begin any day now. <br />S. Our attorney, Bob Levy, has contacted Mary Ippel relative to <br />commencing work on the Developer's Agreement. As you know, we <br />would like to proceed with this as soon as possible. Mary has <br />advised Bob Levy that she has not been au0orized to work on this <br />project yet and thus cannot provide the first draft.
