Page 2 <br />Craig Waldron <br />January 12, 1990 <br />A suggestion to Mr. Daugherty would be to investigate the <br />torrence title on the property in question as to the status <br />of the easements shown on the section map. <br />It would seem appropriate that the required action needed to <br />clarify ownership of American Street would be to vacate the <br />roadway easement and pathway easements in favor of the City of <br />opinion from the <br />Roseville but retain the utility easement. An op <br />city attorney as to the proper document accomplishing that should be retained.
