I. PROPERTY DESCRIPTION <br />The existing Pavilion Place Shopping Center is a two - <br />level interior mall, multi -tenant shopping center con- <br />taining approximately 110,000 square feet. The existing <br />shopping center is situated on an approximate 11 acre <br />parcel of land. <br />The proposed addition of the existing shopping center is <br />planned as a two -level, interior mail, multi -tenant <br />center containing approximately 220,000 square feet. The <br />new addition will be located on an adjacent 0.2 acre <br />site. <br />When completed, the total project will contain approxima- <br />tely 330,000 square feet and be located on a 19.2 (+) <br />acre site. On -site parking will be located throughout <br />the acreage with a multi -level ramp being situated on <br />the west lot.
