II. GUARD SERVICE <br />In an effort to provide an adequate amount of security <br />for the Center, we will provide through a licensed ven- <br />dor, uniformed guards for the following hours; <br />Monday -Thursday <br />9.00 a.m. - approximately 1 hour after last <br />movie showing. <br />Friday b Saturday <br />9:00 a.m. - approximately 1 hour after last <br />movie showing. <br />Sunday <br />11:00 a.m. - approximately 1 hour after last <br />movie showing. <br />The guard service will be charged with the respon- <br />sibility of activation and deactivation of alarm <br />systems, continuous patrol of the Center and parking <br />facilities. The ramp and site parking facilities will <br />be patrolled each hour at various threes. Security <br />guards will be available to assist rustomers and <br />tenants during emergencies as described in Section IV. <br />The guard service will be required to w intain open <br />line$ of comftnication with the ftosevillo Police <br />department in an effort to rmlintain a secure and com- <br />fortable atmosphere for our custmers and tenants» <br />Additionally, the guard service will report to the <br />police 0epartnent on any vehicles that rem in on the <br />property for 48 hours or longer. <br />0Pi3-13.D4 <br />
