Nays: None. 3-1 Curley moved, Kehr seconded that Tanurb Developments, Inc. req es tsite p or rezoning from R-1 to Shopping Center, special epermit an approval, variances to building setbacks tohallow the buiOdfeeting tonbe set back 50 feet on the north, 17 feet the east, variance to parking requirements per the site plan, and vacation of right-of-way at 2480 Fairview Avenue be approved, with the following conditions: 1) That the cost of the roadway changes related to the extension of American Street be paid for by the developer to a maximum of $23,000. 2) That additional right-of-way be dedicated on Fairview Avenue to provide 49.5 feet of right-of-way. 3) That the following easemetheduse oftMideAmericaeBank's private a. Access easement for drive on County Road B-2. The City reserves the right to close the access to B-2 via the Mid -America Bank entrance if, in the opinion of the City, a traffic problems exists. b.
