The three concerns were
associated with the development of the proposed new lot, future
development of the lots to the immediate 4,,st, and the proposed
reconstruction of Oxford Street.
The following is a brief summary of each issue
1. ra;naae of nror—od new lot.
A map has been attached indicating the present topography of
the area indicating the natural flow of run-off from this
site. As can be seen by the drawing, flowing tural run-off is
to the east and northeast, ultiMately g
and 2166 Oxford and into a City of Roseville pond directly
east of those addresses. A storm sewer is currently inplace
on Oxford Street which drains the low point of the roadway.
At the low point, there is currently inplace w pair of catch
basins. 'These catch basins are located near the north lot
line of the proposed lot. These catch basins drain into a
15-inch diameter story sewer which flows northerly and then
easterly into the ponding area eatonortheatierlyhd+irect.onon e
map.
