Location: The main e p <br />just south of the existing Kinderberry Daycare Center. Project Description. This complex will be developed as a campus -type <br />fact 7ty.-it wiI► include townhouses for som <br />e of the students and a <br />school building. <br />A. Townhouses: This portion of the campus will be located on the north <br />half of tNe project site. In Phase I, the first three buildings will <br />be constructed as shown on Drawing A-1. This plan also indicates a <br />fire truck turning area. For Phase I, a curb cut will be constructed <br />on Grandview Avenue but no connection will be made from the curb cut <br />to the parking area for the townhouses. In Phase II, the last three <br />townhouse buildings will be added as shown on Drawing A-2. The same <br />area will be used for fnrvtruck <br />Avenuecubcuttothetownhouse parking <br />turning <br />rand <br />aiPhase <br />nand <br />� <br />connection from the Grandview <br />area will be made.
