Townhouses: This portion of the campus will be located on the north half of tNe project site. In Phase I, the first three buildings will be constructed as shown on Drawing A-1. This plan also indicates a fire truck turning area. For Phase I, a curb cut will be constructed on Grandview Avenue but no connection will be made from the curb cut to the parking area for the townhouses. In Phase II, the last three townhouse buildings will be added as shown on Drawing A-2.
