Presentation Dahlgren summarized the location and past actions oncer ing the proposed site. Dahlgren outlined the proposal phasing. Keel summarized the City's utilities and traffic concerns. Chris Seigle testified that Bradford Schools insists upon high quality in its faculty, students, curriculum and facilities. Seigle summarized Bradford School's site selection criteria and why this ;ite is good for them. Ron Erickson gave an overview of the previous and current proposals. Stokes inquired if high school traffic adnd a indicated into account in the traffic studies. Erickson traffic count numbers were actual counts which his df irm include counted the high school traffic. Erik Ruehr stated traffic from 1-3 p.m. which included the 2-2:30 peak traffic from the high school.
