Kroschel pointec_ out that there <br />done and that the air conditioning unit was outside of the <br />building instead of inside. <br />Clair Sazma, 1065 Grandview, expressed concern about visitors <br />parking on Grandview .Avenue. <br />Johnson asked if any visitor parking would be provided on the <br />site. <br />Haluptsok stated that there would be 85ther parking225 stalls on the <br />town house portion of the site ando nted out that there Taould <br />school site available. Haluptsok p <br />be no need for on street parking for their development. Kinzer <br />stated that there would be few over night guests. <br />Goedeke stated that neighbors should he high e school <br />Keel <br />administration to deal with parking from gh school. <br />said that he was aware of the parking problems on B-2 but not <br />aware of any problems on Grandview. Goedekepointed <br />the school tto <br />parking restrictions have been instituted a <br />deal with parking problems. <br />Keel summarized the process for instituting parking restrictions. <br />Sazma stated that the problem was with the c e of he athletic <br />fields. Goedeke stated that the City can <br />rry <br />suggested that Bradford allow the use of their parking facilities <br />for athletic events. <br />Jim Madden, 1045 Grandview, stated there would be a problem with <br />traffic on Grandview because of the width of the street. Johnson <br />pointed out that there would be no access provided n the futureto Grandview <br />from this site unless the town houses are sold i <br />Brent Thompson stated that he represented Yfavorn of this <br />Development and stated they were in <br />total development. <br />Johnson closed the public hearing. <br />' Johnson commented that it was her opinion that a condition should <br />be added to stagger class times in the future. <br />Berry stated her concern about existing traffic levels at the <br />
