Section 2. Def ini:ions_of Terms Used in this Ordinance. Public Official - Any person that has been elected to office, appointed by the City Council or appointed to a city board or commission, or hired by the city to serve in a supervisory capacity that has decision -making authority in the City of Roseville. This list includes, but is not limited to, the following people: a. holder of a city office whether elected or appointed; b. the department head of each city department; C. a member of any city board or commission; d. the city manager; .. e. the city attorney and all members of his firm; and f. any other person hired as a consultant or designated by the City Council from time to time to handle city matters. Anything of Value - Money, real or personal property, a permit or license, a favor, a service, does notforgiveness xeasonabieloan or promise of future employment. Compensation - A payment of "anything of value" to an individual inreturn for that individual's services of any kind. Extended Family - Includes the immediate fainily, plus all children, minor and adult, all stepchildren, minor and adult, parents, stepparents, grandparents, brothers, sisters, half brothers and half sisters of the reporting individual and spouse.
