Mr. Rekuski told Jim McFall
!~ -that there were no deviations from the original plans
so that were presented for the variance and shoreline
We
O-I- permit approval.
14 V Sys,
A set of rafter truss drawings were presented after
this permit according to James McFalls recollection.
The more complete set of plan elevations were
presented at some unspecified time and apparently
were mislaid until Mr. Larson came to City Hall
around April 1., 1988 to review the Rekuski job
progress. Mr. Larson had discussed a bay window
projection in an earlier conversation in March,
1988, and I.said it would not be allowed. Mr.
Rekuski was informed, and the window projection was
eliminated.
At this April 1, 1988 meeting between Mr. Larson and
myself, I went through every available file, plans,
permits, etc. that were on file. They indicated that
the original concept of the variance and lakeshore
permit had inadvertently changed regarding the
original old portion of the house.
I told Mr. Larson that Mr. Rekuski would be
contacted immediately, and that a meeting between
all parties would be set up to discuss this apparent
mix'up in these construction plans.
