Rekuski, Jr. <br />Re: Meeting with City of Roseville ' <br />April 13, 1988 <br />After our meeting with the Ci-I-y which included, Rich Jopke, Gordie 8eseth, <br />Howard Dahlgren, and yourself, we have complied with the list of items <br />below: <br />1. Remove the bay window from the east elevation of the house <br />2. Install gutters and downspouts on the east elevation of the house <br />3. Step back the wall on the northeast corner of the lot three (3) <br />timbers <br />4. Install the landscaping after it has been reviewed by yourself <br />5. Remove the overhead electric service and install' underground service <br />6. Remove the overhead telephone service and install underground service <br />The following three (3) items have yet to be completed: <br />1. Complete the repair to the northwest corner of the garage roof — Denny <br />to meet with yourself and complete this <br />2. Either by the seal coat for your driveway and/or reimburse for your <br />own purchase <br />3. Reimburse you for the cost of a new mailbox <br />cc: Denny Stumbo, Geo.
