REKUSKI <br />Our File No. 1011.58 <br />Dear Mr. Filla: <br />This confirms our recent telephone conversation. <br />We have been informed that Mr. Rekuski was about to do additional <br />work on his home. The City of Roseville has revoked all building <br />permits issued to Mr. Rekuski. <br />The following motion was made at <br />May 8, 1989. <br />the Roseville Council Meeting on <br />"I move that the City Counci has determined that <br />the building permits issued to Frank Rekuski in <br />March of 1988 and prior years were issued on the <br />basis of inaccurate information given to the <br />City by Frank Rekuski. The City has determined <br />that based on the inaccurate information, all <br />building permits heretofore issued be revoked <br />and the Building Department is instructed to <br />nofity Frank Reskuski of this action. Further, <br />that any further building at 1225 Josephine <br />Road, Roseville, without a permit, will result <br />in prosecution". <br />Hence, if Mr. Rekuski makes any alterations on his home, he will <br />be prosecuted for building without permits. <br />t1 <br />
