R. Billiards in other suburbs <br />in the metro area. If you are fortunate and secure approval to <br />open those areas, I hope your method of operation will be as it <br />is in Coon Rapids. <br />C. R. Billiards, in Coon Rapids, has provided clean, wholesome <br />and enjoyable entertainment to the citizens who patronize the <br />business. From a police standpoint, our calls to the establish- <br />ment and its surrounding area are consistent with our response to <br />other businesses in our city.
