I feel this <br />project is ill suited for the low visibility office setting at <br />this site. <br />As a long time resident of this neighborhood and new tenant at <br />the building, I am aware of three established businesses catering <br />to billiard players. With Arden Bowl., L,ee's Billiards, and The <br />Bankshot all located near the proposed site, I am certain the <br />inconvenience caused to the tenants is unjustified. <br />Sincerely, <br />Michael R.
