'A special condition was placed on this permit that would <br />require a one year renewal of the permit to ensure that the business <br />is operating without any problems: At the October 24, 1988 City <br />Council meeting, this item was tabled to allow the police department <br />additional time to research this request. The police department has <br />completed its analysis and the appropriate report is attached. <br />Also attached are two letters from the tenants at Hamline Shopping <br />Center opposing the Billiard Center. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: Motion to approve/deny Gregory Bild <br />request for special use permit for family <br />billiard and video entertainment center <br />at 2819 North Hamline Avenue with the <br />aforementioned condition if so desired. <br />Motion to approve/deny Gregory Bild's <br />application for licensing 21 pool tables, <br />15 amusement devices and 1 cigarette <br />machine. <br />
