19941 <br />REQUEST FOR COUNCIL ACTION DATE: 1-9-89 <br />ITEM NO.: <br />Department Approval: Manager reviewed: Agenda Section: <br />Report and Recommendation <br />Item Description: Gregory Bild request for special use permit <br />for family billiard and video entertainment <br />center at 2819 North Hamline Avenue. <br />The Roseville Planning Commission at its October 12, 1988 meeting <br />unanimous) recommended a p permit. This <br />Y approval of this special use , <br />item was tabled a number of times to facilitate additional police <br />review of the applicant and to allow the owner the opportunity to <br />find a different financial partner. All of the appropriate reports <br />and correspondence are attached. Subsequently, at the November 14, <br />1988 City Council meeting, the Council continued this request <br />pending findings of fact by the City Attorney. The respective <br />findings are attached. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: Motion to approve/deny Gregory Bild <br />request for special use permit for family <br />billiard and video entertainment center <br />at 2819 North Hamline. If the motion is <br />to deny, the denial should be based on <br />the attached findings of fact. <br />
