Existing homes in the area are <br />homesteaded. <br />15) There are currently over 30 children under the age of <br />750 feet of the proposed <br />18 in this neighborhood within <br />development. Residents are already concerned about <br />safe and accessible play areas. With additional young <br />families the problems will only get worse. <br />
