EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a meeting of the City <br />Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was <br />duly held on the day of , 1988 at 7:30 P.M. <br />The following members were present: <br />and the following were absent: <br />Member moved that the following resolution be <br />adopted. <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br />WHEREAS, an organization called DOVE Development filed an <br />inary plat and variance to zoning <br />application for a PUD, prelim <br />ordinance at 988 West County Road B . <br />WHEREAS, on the 2nd day of November, 1988, a public hearing <br />was held before the Roseville Planning Commission and the <br />Planning Commission voted 5 to 2 to deny the same. <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was held before the City Council: <br />on the 14th day of November, 1988. <br />WHEREAS, the City Council received reports from professional <br />planners which are now on file. <br />WHEREAS, the uniform Fire Code which is part of the <br />Roseville Code requires that all thoroughfares to be used by the <br />fire fighting equipment provide turn around space and that each <br />community determines what space is required depending on their <br />equipment and the Roseville Fire Marshal reports that fire <br />fighting equipment could not adequately use the areas provided in <br />the PI�D to turn their equipment around. <br />WHEREAS, there are other adverse criticisms of the <br />development all as set forth below and can be found in the <br />records Qf the Roseville Planning Commission. <br />
