That the Council further determines that the following
facts are true:
(a) That there is serious doubt that
the private driveway servicing four homes
provides adequate turnaround space for the
Roseville Fire Department.
(b) That the set back, as required
by the Roseville City Code and imposed on the
surrounding homes are not followed and the
Council determines there is not sufficient
hardship to allow granting such a variance.
(c) That the proposed lots are
under -sized if the driveway which services the
four homes is not considered part of the four
lots.
(d) That the Council further
determines that adoption of this proposed
development could cause parking congestion on
the public thoroughfares.
(e) That the subject property can be
developed with fewer building sites and in that
event the variances to the Zoning code would
not be necessary.
(f) The overall development is
adverse to City of Roseville, all as is more
particularly shown in the records of the
Roseville Planning Commission and other
records.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was
duly seconded by member
taken thereon, the following voted in favor atherend Uoof;a vote being
against the same: . and the following voted
WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and
adopted this day of
2
