Addition <br />parking requirements, if any, will also be provided inside theproperty. al <br />The planned expansion will have no impact or adverse effects on traffic, <br />noise, or environment. The facility will continue to be used for storage of <br />printing and industrial paper products, as at present. <br />Because of revisions enacted in zoning irdinances since original construction <br />and occupancy, we are required to apply for and obtain a vaiance from the <br />City of, Roseville. n the <br />Adjacent property owners, including yourselves, will he notified by the City <br />of the date and time of this hearing.
