General outline specifications are included for your use in developing <br />construction cost data. While not necessarily complete in all their de <br />tail, I believe they are inclusive enough to facilitate your preparation <br />of reasonably good 'estimates. In those instances where significant sub <br />stitutions, alternates or options are made in either materials or building <br />specifications, these should be specifically identified together with <br />their impact on cost, if any. In submitting your data,' cost estimate <br />breakdowns by major items of construction or groups would be preferable to <br />a single turn -key dollar figure. <br />We hope to finalize all engineering details, the contract and issuance of <br />permits to enaw._� actual start-up of construction about mid -summer this <br />year.. For this reason, it is extremely important that we have your turn- <br />key cost estimates as quickly as possible, if you want to be <br />considered as our general contractor for this project. <br />Please don't hesitate to call me with any questions or matters you may <br />want to discuss further.
