Robbinsdale - Bill Deblon, Planning #537-4534 <br />Robbinsdale requires a Conditional Use Permit in their B-3 zone. <br />Stored merchandise has to be screened, fenced, lighting <br />appropriate, etc. Open & outdoor sales is an accessory use to <br />the Conditional Use Permit. St. Louis Perk - Don Rye, Planning #924-2575 <br />General rule is that businesses are not allowed to do it. <br />Commercial District ordinance has a provision allowing for <br />temporary outside storage and display, with a blanket rule that <br />requires display or storage does not cover more than 100 sq. ft. <br />and has to brought in every night. <br />Industrial District - processing equipment, etc. is all regulated <br />by special use permit. <br />Inspections enforce this in St. Louis Park. <br />Is sending ordinance <br />9.
