n <br />ROSEVILLE PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Wednesday, March 1, 1989 <br />March 1, 1989 regular meeting of the Roseville Planning <br />Commission was called to order by Chairperson Pat Johnson at <br />7:33 P.M. <br />Members Present: DeBenedet, Berry, Goedeke, Stokes, Moeller, <br />Johnson <br />Members Absent: Maschka <br />Staff Present: Dahlgren, Jopke, Gatlin, Burrell <br />Council Present: Kehr (liaison) <br />Approval of Minutes <br />Johnson stated that the February 1, 1989 minutes should be <br />corrected by changing the words "similar to" to "same as" in <br />condition number 14 on page 7. <br />DeBenedet moved, Goedeke seconded to approve the minutes of the <br />February 1, 1989 Planning Commission meeting as corrected. <br />Roll Call: Ayes: DeBenedet, Berry, Goedeke, Stokes, <br />Moeller, Johnson <br />Nays: None <br />Planning File 1919 <br />Dove Development request for a lot division and variance to <br />driveway setback,requirements at 899 W.
