Each of you <br />has 'received copies of the minutes om the last Planning Commission <br />meeting which summarizes the i e6s and direction resulting from the <br />public hearing and discussions �r5on the Planning Commission Members <br />P 9 � 9 9 <br />and Staff. The following issuggested amendment version for Section <br />8.190 of the Roseville Zo ng Ordinance entitled "Enclosure of Certain <br />Businesses Required": <br />All business, stora , service, repair or processing,. or merchandising <br />display shall be co ducted wholly within an enclosed building or behind a <br />solid fence not 1 s than 5 feet high, except for the following uses and <br />in accordance with conditions her cified: <br />a) Off-street par ing and loading wh a permitted as accessory uses. <br />b) Storage, maintenance and me handising display of landscape plant <br />materials. <br />c) Display of automobile and trucks where accessory to authorized <br />principle uses. r/ <br />d) Storage and dis�1'ay of merchandise contiguous to a freestanding, <br />unattached retdil store, rental store, and/or service station to <br />include 'only 6ch items for sale to the public of such a bulk or <br />weight that it is a convenience to the customer to be displayed <br />on the exte for of a structure subject to the following conditions: <br />1) Outsi a sales arhall--n,.Ithe <br />10 percent of the gross <br />sales f `oorrea within the. <br />2 Merchandise to be locateiatel contiguous to the <br />Y 9 <br />structure only. <br />3) Merchandise shall not be y required side yard, or <br />extend more than 6 feet iequired front yard. <br />4) Merchandise shall not occusignated parking area. <br />5) Merchandise shall be displag normal business hours <br />only and shall be stored inp •.inciple structure during <br />non business hours. <br />6) Maximum height of merchandise shall be 6 feet. <br />7) Merchandise stored or displayed shall be limited to items of <br />such bulk, mass, and weight so as to constitute a <br />convenience to the customer to be displayed on the outside <br />
