Bumpstead--Johnson added that the iming may <br />not be best but there is alot of interest in the referendum. <br />DeBenedet pointed out that it would be important that the <br />insure that <br />facility design meet all City ordinance standards <br />no double standard is being applied in the Community. Bierschied <br />ct is considering all City standards in <br />replied that the archite <br />designing the facility. <br />Review and recommendation considering a five year capital <br />improvement plan. <br />Presentation <br />Ed Burrell gave an overview of the draft five year capital <br />improvement plan highlighting items which affected the <br />comprehensive plan. <br />to be <br />Stokes questioned why several items wh inpethea capital <br />operating and expenditures were included <br />improvement plan.
