riaiiayer iceviewea: Agenda Section: <br />Hearing <br />Item Descript on: Zoning ordinance provisions pertaining to <br />outside display or merchandise. <br />On April 10, 1989, the City Council is scheduled to consider <br />ordinance changes concerning outside merchandising and display with <br />have been recommended by the Planning commission. The City <br />Attorneys office is in the process of developing a specific <br />ordinance for City Council consideration. Once this ordinance is <br />completed, it will be reviewed by staff and presented to the Council <br />for final action. Tuerefore, it would be appropriate for the <br />Council to continue this matter until April 24, 1989. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: MotiDn to approve/deny continuance of the <br />public hearing concerning an amendment to <br />the zoning ordinance provisions <br />pertaining to outside display of <br />merchandise until April 24, 1989. <br />
