I <br />STAFF REPORT <br />LEXINGTON AVENUE - PEOPLE'S PLUS <br />The Reiling property at Lexington and Woodhill consists of two <br />parcels. One of the parcels contains a gas station occupied by <br />People's Plus. The building and related property are <br />structurally substandard for the following reasons: <br />1. Gas pump island needs to be upgraded to prevent vehicular <br />collision. <br />2. Block on west side separating through out entire wall. <br />3. Block on south side separating - detached parapet area. <br />4. North west corner showing expansion in block. <br />5. Exposed insulation in office area. <br />6. Severe expansion in block wall between office and garage. <br />7. Expansion in south wall from road to floor. <br />8. Broken glass in swinging door. <br />9. Broken glass in front window. <br />10. Pylon sign too close to street. <br />
