Investments request for approval of a <br />special use permit, car wash and self storage <br />at 1910 West County Road C. <br />At a previous Council meeting, the Council referred this item back <br />to the Planning Commission at the request of the applicant.. This <br />matterwasscheduled to be considered by the Planning Commission.at <br />its September 7, 1988 meeting and the Council at its September 12, <br />1988 meeting. Prior to the September 7 planning commission <br />meeting, the applicant requested that this matter he continued to <br />allow them to deal with some unanswered concerns and questions which t <br />have been brought up by the Rice Creek Water Management Organization <br />and City Staff. For that reason, the Planning Commission continued <br />its consideration of this matter until October 5, 1988. Therefore, <br />it would be appropriate for the City Council to consider continuing <br />this item until October 10, 1988. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: Motion to approve/deny continuing G.E.M. <br />Investments request for a special use <br />permit for a Planned Unit Development, <br />car wash and self storage at 1910 W. <br />County Road C until October 10, 1988. <br />
